How to Start a Wellness Journey

We’re all on a journey! With our parents health and  environmental histories, even with their best efforts in place, coupled with our own histories, many of us have come into this world with and or developed health challenges of some sort to face. Some mild, some literally quite devastating. The good news is that no matter where on the spectrum of health you are, there’s always things you can do to improve your quality of life, give you better sleep, better energy, more juice for life, less pain and more pleasure.

We’re passionate about meeting you where you’re at, and helping you to find out how you can make simple, step-by-step changes to get you where you want to be.

We’re also passionate about making the process joyful.

Real food doesn’t leave you with cravings or looking for more when really, you’ve had enough. On the contrary, it creates joy and pleasure and contentment.

Imagine being truly well nourished so that food and the thought of food doesn’t control you, make you feel ill, give you gut aches, headaches, depression, anxiety, take away your ability to focus and concentrate, or drive you to self sabotage. Imagine changing your relationship with food to one that is really positive.

We’ve seen this happen countless times. Even life-long negative relationships with food can be turned around when you finally know how to eat real food that suits you.

And that’s why we’re here. We want to help you, your family, your friends and your community to find the joy in eating, living and being well! We’re so glad you’re here!

Along with private consultations, seminars, and workshops, we offer a number of health programmes and courses that you can complete online, so no matter where you are you can still be part of the Nourish-ed community. JERF = Just Eat Real Food

This is our basic real food transition plan. Designed to help you make changes one step at a time. You’ll learn more about real food, how to stock your pantry, where to shop, how to prepare nourishing meals and how to plan meals ahead so that you’re always prepared.

This programme rolls out step by step over 6 weeks, with weekly guides emailed to you, a meal plan, and a personal diet diary assessment where you’ll receive feedback on how you’re going and how you can make some tweaks to get the wellness results you’re after.
