The aim of dietary intervention is to help correct nutritional imbalances, resolve gut dysbiosis and heal the gut wall, enabling its function of digestion, absorption and elimination to work effectively. By doing this the immune system is strengthened, resulting in fewer infections and an improved ability for the body to detoxify itself.
